Low-energy properties of electrons and holes in <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:msub><mml:mi>CuFeS</mml:mi><mml:mn>2</mml:mn></mml:msub></mml:math>

The antiferromagnetic semiconductor ${\mathrm{CuFeS}}_{2}$ belongs to a magnetic symmetry class that is of interest for spintronics applications. In addition, its crystal lattice compatible with Si, making it possible integrate nonmagnetic semiconducting structures. Therefore, we investigate this material by finding the effective $\mathbit{k}\ifmmode\cdot\else\textperiodcentered\fi{}\mathbit{p}$ Hamiltonian electron and hole bands. We base description on ab initio calculations classify electronic bands their symmetry. As result, find exhibits spin-polarized also allows anomalous Hall effect. Finally, suggest using cyclotron resonance verify our proposed mass tensors at conduction band minimum valence maximum.
